In our FitnessArea, you will find all the sports equipment you need for effective training. We are happy to assist you with your training and help you with a training plan. We also look forward to helping you with advice and motivation, in case you should need it!

Experience the unique and untouched nature around us in our Nordic walking group. This gentle endurance sport strengthens the cardiovascular system and promotes physical well-being. Thursday to Sunday, mornings.

Reconnect with your body in a relaxed atmosphere. Protect your joints and enjoy a feeling of indescribable lightness in our Aqua Fitness activity programme. We guide you with effective, targeted exercises. Thursday to Sunday, afternoons.
